We ship across Lebanon via Wakilni. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-4 business days after that.

Free shipping on orders over $25.

Flat rate shipping on orders under $25 — rate shown at checkout.

All orders are cash on delivery (COD). You pay when it arrives at your door.

We want you (and your dog) to be happy with your order. Here's the deal:

Unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Product must be in original packaging.
Defective products — if something arrives damaged or breaks due to a quality issue (not your dog being a champion destroyer), DM us and we'll replace it or refund you.
Used products — we can't accept returns on used toys or accessories for hygiene reasons. But if you have a quality concern, always reach out.

To start a return, DM us on Instagram (@shoppawrr) or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
