every product is tested for safety — no BPA, no toxic dyes, no small parts that could break off. we use natural rubber, food-grade silicone, and cotton where possible. that said, no toy is indestructible. supervise your dog with any toy, especially aggressive chewers.

yes. if the product is unused and in original condition, you can return it within 14 days. DM us to start the process. we don't do returns on used products for hygiene reasons — but if there's a quality issue, that's different. reach out.
