How long does shipping take?
Orders within Beirut are delivered in 1-2 business days. Rest of Lebanon takes 2-4 business days. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — we offer COD across all of Lebanon. You can also pay online via card if you prefer.
What’s your return policy?
We offer 14-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Just reach out to us on WhatsApp or email and we’ll sort it out.
Are the products safe for puppies?
All our products are tested for durability and safety. The rope toy and bone toy are great for puppies — just supervise during the first few play sessions to make sure they’re the right fit.
